Projects
Ona Network runs three vision rehabilitation projects in Tanzania, in order to increase the accessibility of eye care services to the community. These services, which target economically deprived rural communities, contribute to the pre-existing government efforts to provide eye care services to rural areas. Furthermore, these projects contribute to the Vision2020 initiative to eliminate preventable blindness by the year 2020.   Ona Network accepts volunteers, from both within and outside of Africa, to support the delivery of vision rehabilitation services in  Tanzania.  If you are interested to participate please see our volunteering information.
